(6) V-REGION is partial: AA 97 to 107 are missing (partial FR3-IMGT and no CDR3-IMGT).
(7) Mutations in FR3-IMGT (a246>g; a247>g, g248>a, R83>E; a250>c, c251>a, T84>Q, according to the IMGT unique numbering) are probably sequencing or typing errors.
(8) Mutations in FR3-IMGT (a285>g; g288>a, according to the IMGT unique numbering) are probably sequencing or typing errors.
(9) Pseudogene because DELETION of one nucleotide at position 83 in CDR2-IMGT.
(10) Mutations in FR2-IMGT (g140>t, c141>a, G47>V; a142>g, K48>E; g145>a, G49>S according to the IMGT numbering) are probably sequencing or typing errors.
(11) Pseudogene because DELETION of one nucleotide at position 299 in codon 100 leading to a frameshift in FR3-IMGT.
(12) Pseudogene because DELETION of 3 nucleotides (a279-g281>del(3nt)#) leading to a frameshift in FR3-IMGT.
(13) X63929, M22659, M98567 and U21417 sequences being partial, it is not possible to decide if these genes belong to the allele *02, *04 or *05.
(14) AF034161 sequence being partial, it is not possible to decide if the gene belongs to the allele *01, *03 or *04.
(15) M34214 sequence being partial, it is not possible to decide if the gene belongs to the allele *01 or *03.
(16) X02971 and X04046 sequences being partial, it is not possible to decide if these genes belong to the allele *01 or *02.
(17) M98571 and M98572 sequences being partial, it is not possible to decide if these genes belong to the allele *01 or *05.
(18)M37286 has a deletion of 134 nucleotides compared to the IMGT reference sequence TRAV15-2/DV6-2 (M37287). It is not known if these differences result from a cloning artefact and/or typing or sequencing error.
