Potential zones of B2M contact on MhcSF protein structures

[D1] and [D2] positions in contact with B2M in at least one of the 165 structures of MhcSF proteins that are displayed in Supplementary data 1; a noncovalent contact between two residues is defined as nonpolar if the distance between the centers of two atoms is less than the sum of their Van der Waals radius plus the water diameter, or corresponds to an hydrogen bond if both this distance is less than 3.5Å and hydrogen bond angles are correct [1]. Domains, labels and positions are given according to IMGT-ONTOLOGY for G-DOMAINs and G-LIKE-DOMAINs [2].
