C-SEQUENCE

Prototypes

Notes:
(*) Optional
(**) The C-SEQUENCE and the C-REGION are shown for IGK, IGL or IGI chain types. In IMGT/LIGM-DB, the prototype label C-SEQUENCE may be used for the annotation of partial cDNA sequences in 5', which only contain the C-REGION. In that case there is no ACCEPTOR-SPLICE and the labels of the C-REGION are the same as those used for L-V-J-C-SEQUENCE or L-V-D-J-C-SEQUENCE depending on the chain type.
