3D structure of human IgG1

The 3D structure of the human IgG b12 antibody is represented with the hinge region (containing P10) and the two CH3 (containing K88) labeled in red (1hzh in IMGT/3Dstructure-DB).
Although identical, the two heavy (H) chains H-GAMMA-1 are represented in blue and purple and the two light (L) chain (here L-KAPPA) are in orange and green, respectively, to illustrate the in vitro engineered half-IG exchange for obtaining bispeficic antibodies.
