IMGT 5' borne : gene coding for a protein (other than IG or TR), conserved between species, located upstream of the first gene of an IG or TR locus.
IMGT 3' borne : gene coding for a protein (other than IG or TR), conserved between species, located downstream of the last gene of an IG or TR locus.
