IMGT notes:
(1) Human cell lines from which DNA was extracted for the construction of the lambda phage genomic libraries.
(2) The phage genomic library was constructed from TOUII-5 [4,5] DNA extracted from total peripheral white blood cells.
(3) EZZ and TOU [4] are TOUII-4 and TOU-5, respectively, in the family tree [5]. EZZ (TOUII-4) EBV transformed cell line is available at ECACC (n° 93093003).
(4) Sizes in kb are from experimental data and are approximate. Sizes of the vector arms are 21 kb and 9.2 kb.
(5) One site at 1.6 kb from the 3' insert end [3].
(6) No site in the insert.
