IMGT submitted to the Third Party Annotation (TPA) database the annotated sequences of IG and TR locus which were initially available with IMGT® accession numbers in IMGT databases and tools through NCBI.
NCBI accession numbers were assigned to these sequences which become primary accession numbers, those of IMGT become secondary in the flat files and on the IMGT site, and therefore remain valid for queries on the IMGT/LIGM-DB.
