IMGT-Choreography
IMGT-Choreography [1] has for goal the creation of dynamic interactions between the IMGT components (databases and tools), in order to answer complex biological and clinical requests. IMGT-Choreography has been developed for three main biological approaches: genomics, genetics and structural approaches.
IMGT-Choreography is based on IMGT-ML (a formalization of the IMGT-ONTOLOGY concepts using XML Schema) and on the Web services for an automatic query of the IMGT components. IMGT-ML is the unique language used for both Web services inputs and outputs, and can be seen as a kind of Rosetta stone that allows dynamic interactions between the IMGT databases and tools.
