IMGT/GeneFrequency
IMGT/GeneFrequency [1] is part of IMGT®, the international ImMunoGeneTics information system® http://www.imgt.org [2].
IMGT/GeneFrequency, created by LIGM (Université Montpellier II, CNRS), is an IMGT
tool for repertoire and genome analysis, on the Web since 19 September 2006.
IMGT/GeneFrequency provides IG and TR gene histograms proportional to the number of
IMGT/LIGM-DB rearranged sequences and localized at the V, D and J gene positions along the loci.
IMGT/GeneFrequency is available for Human (Homo sapiens) and Mouse (Mus musculus).
