IMGT/V-QUEST

IMGT/V-QUEST (V-QUERy and STandardization) [1,2,3] is part of IMGT®, the international ImMunoGeneTics information system® http://www.imgt.org [4,5].

IMGT/V-QUEST is an IMGT tool developed by LIGM (Université Montpellier 2, CNRS) for sequence analysis, on the Web since 07 July 1997.

IMGT/V-QUEST is a sequence alignment software for the immunoglobulin (IG) and T cell receptor (TR) nucleotide sequences of the variable regions and domains. The IMGT output comprises alignments, translation, nucleotide and amino acid sequences of the junction, and Collier de Perles (2D representation) of the variable region based on the IMGT unique numbering for V-REGION. This integrated alignment tool compares the germline and rearranged input sequences with the IMGT reference sequences (IMGT/V-QUEST reference directory).
