Knowledge tables
Knowledge tables have been built to record controled vocabulary and rules [1-5] defined in the IMGT Scientific chart. Knowledge tables allow:
- to control data coherence with the IMGT rules and prototypes
- to identify potential sources of incoherences
- to propose solutions in case of errors
- to take into account the evolution of knowledge issued from the immunogenetic research.
