- IMGT annotated assemblies correspond to the ones present in «LOCALIZATION IN GENOME ASSEMBLIES» (IMGT/GENE-DB).
- Only IMGT genes and alleles that are localized in these assemblies are taken into account for the locus gene repertoire evaluation.
