Here you are: IMGT Web resources > IMGT Repertoire (IG and TR) > 1. Locus and genes

Correspondence between IMGT gene names and clone names is available in Gene tables: bovine (Bos taurus)

Correspondence between the different gene nomenclatures

Bovine IGHD genes are listed from 5' (top of the table) to 3' (bottom of the table).

IMGT notes:
  1. (1) Bos taurus IGHD genes owing to their organization, different from that of Homo sapiens IGHD genes [4-5], are designated by a number of the subgroup (1 to 9), followed by an hyphen and a number for the cluster (1 to 4) from 5' to 3' in the locus.
  2. (2) The D-REGION of DH4/DH4(2) has 100% identity with the D-REGION of IGHD3-1*01, IGHD3-3*01 and IGHD3-4*01. The chromosomal localization of DH4/DH4(2) being not known, it is not possible to assign with certainty DH4/DH4(2) to one of these three IGHD genes.
  3. (3) The D-REGION of DHQ52 has 100% identity with the D-REGION of IGHD9-1*01 and IGHD9-4*01. The chromosomal localization of DHQ52 being not known, it is not possible to assign with certainty DHQ52 to one of these two IGHD genes.
  4. (4) The D-REGION of DH6 has 100% identity with the D-REGION of IGHD5-3*01 and IGHD5-4*01. The chromosomal localization of DH6 being not known, it is not possible to assign with certainty DH6 to one of these two IGHD genes.
  5. (5) The D-REGION of DH7 has 100% identity with the D-REGION of IGHD6-3*01 and IGHD6-4*01. The chromosomal localization of DH7 being not known, it is not possible to assign with certainty DH7 to one of these two IGHD genes.
