IMGT/PhyloGene
IMGT/PhyloGene [1,2] is part of IMGT, the international ImMunoGeneTics information system® http://www.imgt.org [3].
IMGT/PhyloGene, created by LIGM (Université Montpellier II, CNRS) is an IMGT tool for sequence analysis, on the Web since 10 February 2002.
IMGT/PhyloGene is an easy to use tool for phylogenetic analysis of the variable regions and constant domains of the immunoglobulins (IG) and T cell receptors (TR).
This integrated software package computes and draws phylogenetic trees from
nucleotide sequences with gaps, according to the IMGT unique numbering.
