IMGT reference directory alignments in CLUSTAL format
(IMGT-Align) |
![]() |
The IMGT reference directory alignments in CLUSTAL format are constituted by sets of Immunoglobulin (IG) or T cell Receptor (TR) sequences of the IMGT reference directory, submitted to IMGT-Align and EMBL-Align, using the Webin-Align tool [1]. IMGT-Align accession numbers and flat files are identical to those of EMBL-Align
Alignments are based on the Alignments of alleles (IMGT Repertoire), with gaps according to the IMGT unique numbering.
The ClustalW format imposes some technical constraints such as a length lower than 10 characters for gene names. Check in the flat file comment lines (CC) for explanation of unusual gene name abbreviations.
