2D representation
IMGT 2D graphical representations are designated as IMGT Colliers de Perles [1]. They are provided for:
- the V-REGION [1-5], V-DOMAIN [6] and C-DOMAIN of the immunoglobulin (IG) and T cell receptor (TR)
- the V-LIKE-DOMAIN [1, 7] and C-LIKE-DOMAIN of proteins other than IG or TR
- the G-DOMAIN of the major histocompatibility (MH)
- the G-LIKE-DOMAIN of the proteins other than MH.
