Zebrafish (Danio rerio) TRD locus on chromosome 2

The zebrafish (Danio rerio) TRD locus is on chromosome 2. The orientation of the locus is forward (FWD).
The zebrafish (Danio rerio) TRA/TRD locus spans 540 kilobases (kb), from 10 kb upstream of the most 5' gene in the locus, TRDD1 (F), to 10 kb downstream of the most 3' gene in the locus, TRAV1-1 (F). The Locus representation encompasses 600 kb including the 3' borne DAD1.
The zebrafish (Danio rerio) TRD locus consists of 6 TRDD genes belonging to 6 TRDD subgroups, 2 TRDJ segments and 1 TRDC gene.Three TRAV/DV genes are located in the TRAV genes [1].
The TRDD genes span 1510 kilobases (kb), the TRDJ genes span 1 kilobases (kb), the TRDC gene spans 3 kilobases (kb)

The CLUSTER includes 6 TRDD belonging to 6 subgroups (functional), 2 TRDJ ORF and 1 TRDC functional.
