Correspondence between C numberings

Correspondence between the IMGT unique numbering for C-DOMAIN, the IMGT exon numbering, the Eu and Kabat numberings: Human IGKC

The IMGT unique numbering for C-DOMAIN is used in the Protein displays.

Amino acids resulting from the splicing are shown between parentheses.

Colors of amino acids are according to IMGT Color menu for sequence alignments.

IMGT notes:
(1) IMGT labels (concepts of description) are written in capital letters.
(2) J00241 corresponds to the IGKC*01 allele (Alignment of alleles: Human IGKC ) and to a Km3 chain (Km allotypes).
(3) The Eu kappa chain is encoded by the IGKC*01 allele and is a Km3 chain (Correspondence between Km alleles and IGKC allele names). For Eu kappa chain, the amino acid at position 108 of C-DOMAIN is a glycine (G) instead of an arginine (R) in J00241.
