(Homo sapiens) IGH CNV3 forms in human

Human IGH CNV3

Legend:

Homo sapiens IGH CNV3 is delimited by: IGHV4-34 (CNV3-5prime gene) and IGHV4-28 (CNV3-3prime gene)
Homo sapiens IGH CNV3 defined as: IGHV(87-112)26(8F,16P,2RPI)
The map scale is 2X that of the maps IGH locus.
Distance between IGHV4-34 and IGHV4-28, lengths of sequences, are indicated for each haplotype in kilobases (kb). Except for form D, in which IGHV4-34 is not detected, the distance between IGHV3-33 and IGHV4-28 is reported instead.
Colors are according to IMGT color menu.
The boxes representing the genes are not to scale. Exons are not shown.
Dotted lines indicate missing genes compared to the form C.
